Breakfast staff are quick and helpful, but dinner / evening team at in-house restaurant thinks it is OK to let you wait more than an hour at a time (4 nights in a row) and then still pull an attitude if you send the cold food back to be warmed...

What an great experience we had with lovely staff. We visited town lodge over a crazy weekend (iron man) we I presume they were fully booked. The staff was so kind as to assist us in moving rooms around jist so that we as friends and family could stay together on the same level. I really feel that Zizi and Phateka’s names should be mentioned as they really went the extra mile

A wonderful stay I had with colleagues as this was a work/ business trip. Very cosy rooms ,suitable for rest after a long day of work. Premises are well maintained.

Good stay, staff were friendly and very hempful. The tv in the eating area is damaged and affects the visual. Needs to be replaced.

The price of the hotel does not match the quality of the rooms, which are a little old, do not have a minibar and the decoration is not beautiful. Breakfast is paid separately. Despite that, the bed is comfortable and the shower is good.

I stayed there on a business trip. The rooms are neat but small, with a stunning view of the iconic 6 pillars" and walking distance from them. My only issue was that there wasn't a mini bar fridge. The staff are absolutely professional and courteous

The rooms are really fairly priced, so one cannot realistically expect too much space, luxuries or amenities in the room itself. Space is extremely limited, although the shower is a good size. Make sure you opt for an ocean view room (back of the hotel looks out on a parking lot). Location otherwise is great. Dinner and breakfast were good and above the price grade. No hairdryer in rooms and AC does not work. No cutlery or minibar in room. Service however was truly South African - super friendly, thank you.

Pathetic management and service.If you are on business, travelled +/- 1000km all day, BOOKED AND PAID for accommodation, don't expect staff or managent to help out and trying to be accommodating, or offer a breakfast or coffee to make up for guest inconvenience by not being able to find your reservation after you provided proof of booking and payment.Lets keep your client waiting for a hour, demanding a additional and different rate than paid on AGODA. 10min after guest paid etc, Agoda phones apologized and refunded guest. How does this make sense "Not impressed at all"
