My husband and I bought a voucher for the couples massage and 2 course meal at Spice on Main. The massage experience was excellent and the food was undoubtanly delicious. Sadly, the dining experience itself, was not the best. The restaurant did not stock all the red wines offered on the menu and only had one option available for the Rosé.I would encourage ownership to have all the offerings available where possible. As customer, it is incredibly frustrating to amend one's order numerous times as a result of issues related to stock.

The rooms have a horrible odour, the toweling and bedding are old and felt dirty. We had an uncomfortable feeling throughout the session. Totally spoilt our day. In addition, the therapist could not give advise on the facials. I bought 3 vouchers, and was told only two rooms. I confirmed the booking for two, however now being refused a refund of the one remaining voucher. Seems they also don't read emails/ bookings correctly.

Had the most beautiful time with my friend. The staff is amazing and it's a very nice place to unwind after a long school term.

Quite disappointing - The place is very average and the reception is in the same place as the reception of the hotel. We didn't have a good reception to the spa. We went for our wedding anniversary, no special touch at all. The massage rooms where very cold and separated by glass door. Very small and not clean. The towels looked old and there was no hangers for the clothes. The place doesn't look like a spa. Actually disappointed. The lady that was massaging my wife had stinking breath. The only amazing experience was the restaurant - bad experience.

A zero rating. Before I even went for my spa appointment there were numerous issues. My booking was made a month in advance for 2 separate individuals at different times. I had purchased the individual hyperli spa vouchers. The day before my appointment I am told only 1 individual can be seen and that my appointment was given to someone else. The lady named Bee at the spa reception was very rude and unhelpful and she cut the call and did not answer when I tried to phone back.There seems to be no one able to help me get another appointment and the hotel reception told me I should get a refund on my voucher because they refuse to see an individual customer and only take couples! This does not make sense and why would the voucher be sold for individuals if this is the response.Truly a horrible experience. Will not recommend!

The massage was good but the experience was totally impersonal. There is just a frosted glass door separating the massage room from the reception area. The reception person was rude.

I had a great therapist and it is well priced but the place is a little small and at reception area. Can get a bit noisy so complete relaxation is not possible.

Had a full body massage treatment. The ladies that assisted us were extremely professional. They were running a bit late with the previous clients & so we had to wait a bit longer then what our appointment was originally booked, it was fortunate that we were not in a rush to be somewhere else after our session? Although the facility was fairly comfortable, with very relaxing music playing we could hear alot of talking outside due to maintenance staff I think? The space was on the smaller side & the walls were actually panels of frosted glass, hence why we could hear everything happening outside? The treatment was great up until the point we could hear the deep voices of men commanding one another, the calm music was not able to drown out those voices & disrupted the atmosphere & point of relaxation.

What an amazing experience. The ladies did an amazing job on me and my fiance. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back.

Massage was incredibly relaxing. Staff were professional and extremely competent. Price was affordable, and the quality of the treatment was on par with massages triple the price in Mauritius. Definitely will be returning.Only criticism: the spa is right next to the reception, which impacts the ambience slightly.
