We unfortunately did not end up acquiring any equipment from the store, as they specialise in commercial equipment and not private equipment, meaning it is a different price class. What I can say, is that the staff member we encountered, was immensely friendly, and very helpful. He provided us with useful insight and advice, that led us to acquiring a treadmill brand that we are very happy with.

I purchased items on behalf of the boot-camp that I belong to and received excellent service from the sales consultant.Pricing was way better than most competitors on all products. I received regular updates on ETA's.MiFitness will always be my first choice when purchasing in the future.

I almost lost a very good treadmill due to wrong advice from RAV gym equipment hire. But Mr Stanley Makalakala from MiFitness were friendly, caring and very good in fixing a loose wire. I can highly recommend MiFitness repair and service delivery to anyone in the country.

Great service and very good pricing of their gym equipment

I visited the Cape Town store since I was interested in the PowerCore PowerBlocks and the add-on kit that I saw online and since the store was close to my workplace I needed to physically see what I was buying. Prior to my first visit, I consulted with Ghalid and Philantha who were very professional and very friendly and they gave me good advice on the product I was interested in. It wasn't long after that before I used my PayFlex facility for the first time and made my first purchase from MiFitness. I am planning my next purchase through MiFitness and PayFlex already and enquiring with Philantha and Ghalid is such a pleasure. I shared with them a milestone in my life as well and they were very genuine in their responses. Because I have now established a relationship with them, I will continue purchasing for as much as I need from MiFitness.

Horrible from start to finish. Charged R12000 for delivery, when the competitors deliver for free. They promised us delivery on the day of the sale of 2-4 days, which became 8-12 weeks when we had paid, but we ended up waiting way longer and are now fighting them on trying to get a refund on the items not delivered. An absolute joke of a company. STAY AWAY.
