I base this review on my experience over the past 3 years with Emma at Umdoni Coastal Retreat, (UCR). I first met Emma when I needed some Environ products and UCR was the only place stocking it at the time. What impressed me was that Emma did not just sell me the products I requested but took the time to share her knowledge about the product and some sound suggestions. I subsequently made an appointment for my first Environ facial with her.Let is suffice to say that I so enjoyed it that I am now a regular at UCR. I have had the benefit of her knowledge and enthusiasm. Emma stays current with the latest developments in product development and techniques. I never feel it getting 'stale' as she varies the treatments for optimal benefit to my skin.I know Environ is not the only skin care range she uses/promotes and I have no doubt that she is equally knowledgeable about her other ranges.So, in sum, why should you go to Emma at Umdoni Coastal Retreat ?Because she is the best.
