Just Property Pinetown and Westville

Communication was terrible at first, so much so that ive had my light cut off even though i had paid. The maintenance was aso a nightmare, it took 2weeks just to fix a leaking kitchen tap and faulty cistern. Garage door hasn't been fixed in 6months i.e. its just to replace the wooden door. Then the administration of accounts is also a nightmare. I was given the wrong account number, but was charged for late payment" coz i deposited in the account no they gave me. I don't even wanna talk about the shambles of the Metro Bill admin. Im only giving it 2 stars coz there has been improvements on some aspects like communication and admin

Stephanie has been very reliable in giving me all the information I needed and she's always been available when I have any queries. I'm now sorted and settled in my place, thanks to Stephanie and Just Property Pinetown.

I would give zero stars if I could. Terrible lease agreement, no one answers the phone, agent was disrespectful, and no urgency was placed on our application (after a successful credit check), which eventually we pulled after two weeks of waiting. I will never use this agency again.

I was a client for about 4.5 years with Just Property in Westville. I was always happy with the service I received when I signed up - very professional and we had a few bumps during this time, but it was forgiven. Unfortunately during this time the franchise was sold (still remained as Just Property but principal changed) and it was very frustrating to get our statements, and being the UK, didn't help. Upon returning to SA, however, we were greeted with a R 20 000 Metro Bill (the minimum requirement of an Admin), R 40 000 in losses from remodelled Built-in Cupboards, Items taken (Curtains, Garden tools, Sink, Water feature, bespoke locks), Items broken (Safe,Tiles,BIC,Windows,Window handles), Items damaged (Tiles, Laminate Flooring, Parquet Flooring) and Just Property didn't attempt to come to the property to look at my claims which I raised and made them aware of, shortly after I received my keys. They made it clear that it was not their problem. I had to laugh off" the claims from the last set of tenants such that I could get a release of the deposit to pay the Metro bill. My experience with Just Property Pinetown has been amazing. They came out , assessed our property, gave us good advise on small changes we should make to increase visual appeal. Once we signed the mandate, photos were taken, and the property was listed immediately. It was sold even before they managed to have a viewing day.
