We bought a bed last year desember with them-the springs are already sticking out and it feels like it's 10 years old.We have been waiting 2 weeks for the replacement they promised to be delivered but still nothing.When I called customer care to follow up I was told they never lodge this and they have to investigate.This is unacceptable.Very unsatisfied with the service.As soon as you have spent t the money you mean nothingLewis hercules will never see us again.

Almost 2 weeks now that the insurance gave Lewis the go ahead to refund our stolen property.If we do not contact the store or go in to find out what is keeping them, we will not hear of them n from Monday to Teusday they were closed.Today I try to call again with no luck as the telephone lines are always disconnected.We are loyal clients for the last 8 years and never had any problems. Why now?
