I expected the store to be full. But it was a very easy and quick process getting my Sim swamp... The customers services was great and they had everything in place for the Covid-19 regulations.

There's a guy there called Lerato and a lady called Grace, they always assist me with great love and support. I just love them. I have never been treated bad by any of the staff members there they all have a heart of customers.

Very dissapointed with the service at this branch, went there 4 times just to do a sim swap and it never got done.At least if they made a curtesy call to give me an update everytime they sent me away but no, you have to follow up and keep going back to the store to get the job done.AThis is my 4th visit to this branch and still nothing has been done for me to get my number back. Its been two weeks now. Very frustrating

The shop is situated on the corner of Sauer and Main Street. I went in the store to do a Sim swap. The system went off as I was waiting to be served. The staff continually monitored the system so that when it came back on I was attended to. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff is sweet socially, but they don't know how to operate their own system. They further fail to keep their commitments. Yesterday, I ordered a landline, they told me it would be ready midday. I returned midday they informed me to return at 15h00. When I returned, the lady who was assisting me was on lunch, she only returned after 16h00. Upon her return, she said she would finalize it today, and nothing has been done.
