The store has quality products, however , processes to be followed after ordering and acquisition are very tedious. You can spend 30 minutes after paying for the goods before receiving them. This process should be improved. Not customer friendly at all

Their call service is very bad...im calling branch, its answered in Johannesburg, they transfare the call to Polokwane but still no one is helping me...i took 30 mins oof holding..no help recieved

Poor service and as a customer you do too much up and down from a sales rep... to the collecting area with a small piece of paper then give them that small paper then back passing the sales report to the cashier you pay and back with the invoice to the collecting area to collect whatever you bought. I can imagine if you are a disability or having some other sickness you might even fall on the way doing up and down . I'm hating their way of running business.
