Pure fitness is the best CrossFit box. It’s has such an amazing atmosphere with awesome, strong and fit athletes.If you want to know or test how strong you are come to PureFitness, I’ll let you be the judge after that. Every workout if Taylor made for each particular day and you never get to the do the same workout.The workouts are scientifically thought through for each day to balance your entire body (you can’t have a strong roof with weak foundation) at Pure Fitness every inch of your muscles must be worked on and balanced. My home away from home! One of the best boxes out there. Paulo is a fantastic coach. He's constantly helping the newbies get settled and the pros further develop their skills. The people in the box are genuine and there's a definite team environment. Having a great environment to get fit definitely helps you remain steadfast.
