My MOTHER made an order for 2 cellphones and seat covers two month ago after a long struggle, she is using Postbank and it seems that Home Choice do not make u use of Postbank and she are prepared to go and make a new bank Account at Standard bank and close that account at Postbank just for her to get the stuff she ordered. We did send emails tried to call but with no luck, the replied from them was that they will look into it and revert back, but now they do not reply to any of our emails or calls. They service are very bad and disappointed they do not comply in any way with they services, I'm disputed in the way my mother were helped and after two months nothing no response or anything

Being in a queue for more than 30 minutes. Only one person working and we were quite a lot. They are so unhelpful.
