I would highly recommend that you double check that your appointments are processed and that they are not running behind schedule especially if you have other commitments for the day. I made an appointment the day before and I got there 30 minutes early on the day of the appointment only to be told that the appointment I had made the day before was not processed and the paper with my details was still lying around and I was told that there is nothing they can do about it because they are fully booked. However one of the nail technicians offered to assist after I had demanded the name of the receptionist/technician that I had spoken too that was responsible to make my booking In order to report them to their manager only then were they willing to resolve the problem. Regardless I was attended too one hour later than the initial appointment and they kept alternating between me and other clients taking into consideration that my appointment wasn't booked I understood. However other known clients called to make appointments and change times to make them earlier and miraculously they had openings for them. I recommend that if you are a new client to the spa make sure your booking is processed before you leave. Overall the spa is nice, the nails were nicely done I was happy with them, but the service can be improved further to ensure that customers are satisfied with the entire experience.

I started my facial treatment late August. Its December now and my skin is not improving at all. I have a bad acne and was hoping it would have improved. I did all I was told, bought all the products, came in for the treatment but nothing. I am not happy at all.

What a disaster of a service. The nail technician does not know what she is doing. Did my nails for 5 hours and my nails did not turn out well. On top of thay she doesn't even know how to do a soak off. Ended up just leaving with my hnds bleeding. Horrible experience.

They no longer do the pomegranate mask...which I loved. And couldn't help with my brows even though I had booked for it as part of my facial..

They really helped me with the scarring and pigmentation on my face. i recommend the hydration facial!

I loved the hydro facial. I was well massaged and I would definately recommend it again. The staff is friendly.I was treated with dignity and respect. I would recommend it especially for my fellow black sisters who might feel intimidated. They do cater for our skin type and their treatments are good value for money. I'm recommending the one at Greenstone mall only.

Amazing facial , with all the best products and.equipment. The beauty therapist was very friendly.
