Incomplete order, they promise that the manager will get back to you but nothing. They a fraud. Food quality was awful too.

FISHAWAYS BENMORE. Order was delivered incorrectly. Meal was not edible at all. Fish was bland. Chips haed. Onion rings not crisp just soggy. Rice not delivered. Coleslaw was half. Seafood hotpot was just sauce with no rice. Soggy. And terrible. Never again. Usually order from Morningside now I know why.

The Fishaways - Benmore BranchThis was a big order as it was a work team lunch, so the OCD had come out of me to ensure this will be perfect with no issues as this order had to be placed on Uber Eats.The food was cooked to perfection, everything was fresh and absolutely delicious (the team agreed too!)Huge shout out to Priscilla Chirwa for making this happen, she was so kind, friendly and very helpful, she even advised she will prepare everything herself and oversee the order!Very impressed, great lunch and happy team!Thank you so much Fishaways Benmore Gardens

I ordered Trio Family Meal & Spicy Hake Pot (all grilled). To my disappointment the fish from Spicy Hake Pot was overcooked & burnt while the meal was half-a-meal than I normally get from other Fishaways eateries.This was my first experience ordering a meal from Benmore Gardens Fishaways.

Fishaways Benmore has terrible food. My grilled fish was burnt and noone bothered to replace it and the rice was not cooked well and the coleslaw looked brown.

Bad service, it's only an online store and their food does not match the prices. Horrible experience trying to show them the food delivered to us and the manager defending the food saying there's nothing wrong with it.
