Thank you attendant Marcus for wanting R350 for a can for petrol, and being truly horrible when I was all smiles and apologetic. I am now walking to the next service station where I will gladly pay anything for a can of petrol.I will tell everyone, as far as I go, forever, about the extremely unpleasant experience I had just now.

Very friendly and helpfull staff, inside the shop and outside. My favourite Engen by far.

I find it difficult to believe that the public find good service at this station, first time i came here to fill up the lady working there was having a chat with a taxi driver after she was done helping him waiting there for about 5min and never assisted me, it was only my vehicle and the taxi, she even noticed me and never made any effort to assist me, tonight i tried my luck and went here again and yet again bad service, filled up my car and asked Marcus to please pump the tires, he ignored me flat and didn't even answer me back after i have asked him, i told him just to leave the tires as i have had it with this station, this was the second time and surely the very last time i will come here, with such bad attitude towards the customers how is this station still operating?? I wont recommend the public coming here unless your up for bad attitudes and bad service.

I use this place every day everyone is so so friendly... Keep it up!

I went to Engen garage on Hendrik Verwoed - Centurion to inform them that there was fraudulent activities on my card from their garage.The manager didnt want to assist me- stating that I need to supply him with a receipt, I tried to explain to him that I dont have a receipt as I didnt make a purchase there he refused to assist me and told me that the matter will have to be investigated .... and then handed me back my bank statement that I printed on his request .... so who is suppose to investigate this? is this not the managers responsibility?I phoned my bank then and asked them to help me - they stated that this is not a double transaction/payment from them and that it must have been the garage who double banked/claimed it from them (my bank)!please be very aware of activities on your account -I am not saying that this well known company is stealing, they are simply just not doing anything about it when raised to managements attention! :(
