Disliked the fact that my calls went unanswered. 3 times I called. Then I had to go online to check their contact information had changed. I am still not sure if they have changed or not as I got the same details I already have, but with no luck in getting someone to answer my call. I stumbled upon a link to chat to a person. The final response was that the person who dealt with my case will call me within 48Hrs, that was a week ago. To be fair, Covid-19 might have something to do with this, but I am disappointed nonetheless as I always had a great service from them pre- Covid. And I am still waiting for the call...

They're service is good but it's too slow

Very bad customer care, they close claims without even contacting clients once to request outstanding information or documents.
