Absolutely shocking customer service, you can sit and wait for 30 minutes just because they csnt communicate or just don't care enough. Pick any other of the games in the area the extra drive is worth it.

Terrible service at the camping section today... Waited over 40mins to get some service. Got to the till and waited 20mins for the cashier to stop talking conversing rubbish (for the lack of a better and more descriptive phrase) with a fellow employee. Complained to the management behind the till and got laughed at..... Game Fourways, you are a prime example of why this country is what it is.... I'll take this further....I'm spending more money at your store than you mangers earn in a month.....

The place is massive and clean making it very comfortable and welcoming to shop.The lighting bus phenomenal and makes you feel like you are in a shopping paradise.

The manager at Game Fourways Mall in charge of Decorland products is very irresponsible. I went to go buy rails at Game and they had not even loaded a single product of the Decorland rails on the system. We waited 15minutes before we could be told they cannot even help us. So we had to leave the shop without the rails we wanted to buy. Very disappointed at this service.

Thabiso has been very helpful in fixing out the issues with the kid bike I recently bought. The Manager in the returns section has been also very kind in assisting me in every possible way.

I am appalled by the experience we received at this store this afternoon!My colleague and I went to this store to only be met by unprofessional stuff members, who were rude and highly argumentative instead of helpful. We called in prior to going to the store to find out if the item we wanted was available, which it was confirmed over the phone that it is and that we can come over. We got there and were told that it's not available, and when we raised the fact that we had been told it's available, we got crushed by 3 male employees screaming to us about how it's not their fault that their female colleague Sesi made the mistake!Instead of suggesting a way forward (A SOLUTION!!!) we got screamed at by Banele and his other colleague who works for Proshop (a subcontractor at game I believe) and both were unbelievably rude! After 20mins of back and forth arguing and after we requested management, it was only then that our query was attended to by the above mentioned. We proceeded to request for our item which was yet to be ordered at another store. When we got to pay for it, we took this up with the store manager Allison and her response wasn't acknowledging enough of the severity of the situation and instead she only explained how frustrated her tech-guru" Banele was

I bought a TV online from Game and picked it up here. When I noticed an issue with it (a specs error) Alison stepped in, along with Game HQ, to help me resolve the issue. Definitely trust the Game brand!

What a Joke, They claim to beat any Prices, Yet when I called now and asked them for a product that they had stock of and advised them its Cheaper at a Different store, They Say they Cant Beat the Price. Game is Just about False Advertising and Poor Customer Service. Don't make Statement's yourll cannot keep to!!!

If you're a serious racer, then Dash Racegear is the place to go. They have everything you need to compete at the highest level, and their staff is incredibly knowledgeable.

There is a new limited clothing section and you will find everything under one roof that you looking for; from gardening equipment to sports gear. There is also a grocery section. The problem with All Game Stores is that there is no helping staff around to assist you most of the time. If you need assistance you need to get a supervisor first, which take long. Another problem with many of the Game Stores are the pricing on occasions as the pricing does not match an item of the shelf. The game is situated in the massive shopping centre of Fourways Mall. Game generally has a good return policy as long as T&C's are followed. They also have a price beat system, however it is not always that practical.
