One of the best decisions I have ever made was to join Crossfit Redshack! Met some fantastic people, a community, who encourage you while you battle throug a great workout together. The box is also blessed with the best coach I have ever worked with, Riaan, who will also alter any workout if you, like me, have some physical or health challenges and will be there to motivate you through it. You will find that the box caters to everything you strive to better yourself in- From cardio to gymnastics to muscle strength etc. Join now!!
