Price change on arrival and unable to assist with afro-hair even when client expressed beforehand the type of hair she has. It should be indicated what the different prices are for different types as the client was then told to pay more on arrival.

Owner is rude towards staff and customers. Provided false information regarding prices. Very unhappy about entire experience.

They may be okay at the basics but the service is terrible. The main hair dresser argues about the service and hairstyle she wants to do. Not what is on the picture

The worst salon, the hair dresser cannot move around so she just sits in a chair and makes people stand whilst cutting hair, no hair dresser does that! She doesn't listen when you tell her what you want. She is not able to handle critique. She swears her staff while clients are there and they have no system.If you are doing the Daddy's deal, a very inexperienced person is always appointed to you which cannot even blowdry hair nicely, seems like she has no hair dressing qualifications. I would not recommend it, you may think it's reasonably priced but you regret it when leaving with your hair so much shorter than and nothing that you asked for. Hoping they read the reviews and take into consideration the dissatisfaction of clients.

Was pleasant, however, price is not consistent. Price does change... different to the call , and different to arrival, and different to the final ... however pleasant.

Great value for money. Jasmine always has time for her clients..

the professionalism is alarming.the owner sits in the chair all day shouting at everyone including customers. not the experience you want.
