Wendy Factory

I see all of these great reviews from this supplier, but we did not have the same experience. The guys who installed our Wendy house didn't seem to know what they were doing. The Wendy was installed on top of bricks which were packed in a chaotic fashion... AND Small pieces of wood were forced between the bricks and the Wendy to try and align it. It looks untidy and unprofessional. The lock was put up Skew, so it was quite difficult to try and lock the doors. With the force of trying to align the lock, the part where you can put the lock through, BROKE off!! No tools were used on the lock, but a set of hands were enough to break the lock. The one door is also warped/bent, so we will have to add another lock to the bottom of the door to keep it from bending. When we called Wendy Factory to complain about this, they wanted to charge us R690.00 to fix their mess. Please have someone at home that can check up on their workers, seeing as they don't have a care when it comes to the quality of work they give. Johann/Steven

This company refuses to come out and fix any installation issues. Take a look at these photos. A plank wasn't long enough but they put it in anyway. The unvarnished insides are exposed to the elements due to a misaligned plank, it would take 5min to fix. They refuse to come out even after pleading with multiple emails. They also gave me a window when I asked for a double door. No apologies for failing to update the quote and for the bad installation. You may be lucky with a good install but if you failed to notice anything before they leave its YOUR Fault!

Very scary, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. Still no invoice 3 weeks later. Don't reply to emails regarding issues - giving up there. Scam when it comes to paying, will charge you extra if you have to reschedule. The quality of the roof was very poor, they are careful to cover themselves in Terms and conditions. I feel very sorry for the people working for this company. Phone numbers just ring, not all numbers listed even work?

Excellent service from the Team. Very detailed instructions; but once you get into it you are very clear on what is expected of you and what you can expect of them. Communication, including Video Calls (which I have never experienced from any other service), allowed me to share information in a seamless way. On delivery day i was treated with a professional installation team that were timely, neat and polite. I watched my Wendy assembled with great care and precision. PS they worked neatly too. Good experience.

I am very happy with the service I have received from Wendy Factory. The process was smooth from start to finish. I was kept updated all the times as to when the installation would happen. The installation was on time as promised and on point. Keep up the good work!!

This Chan Naidoo and I had a doll's house on stilts built for my daughter. The pre-quote service, quoting and ultimately the installation were done exceptionally well. The quotes were provided in a friendly and timely manner. The staff we constantly in contact. The delivery and installation was done as undertaken. The professional, high quality products and service is second to none. It has always been my daughters dream to have such a play house and she is already having loads of fun. The installation was done systematically and professionally with a smile. Any requests made were done without any complaints. Despite signing the clearance checklist later in the afternoon after installation I discovered one of the window panes had a slight crack. I sent a text message and true to their word a team arrived the next day and did the repair. This is service over and beyond the call of duty and beyond my wildest expectation.My daughter is now the coolest kid on the block. Thank you for making my daughters dream come true.You should be called the DREAM TEAM

Shocking service, even worse workmanship, random screws sticking out, rubbish stairs that collapsed day 4 AND they wanted to charge me 1200 call out fee from kempton to benono to come back and SEE their mess, le-anne the owner just puts the phone down in ur ear when u call. go to hello peter for reviews before using them!
