Location and surrounding nature are great. But that was it for us.We had a room at the back of the property, which was a long walk with the suitcases. Room was very disappointed. It looked like it hadn't been used in a long time. Dirty curtains, sheets filthy, stains on the chairs, tiny shower with stone coming down from the wall and a disgusting toilet brush. We had 2 nights planned but we left after 1 night, regretting we didn't leave immediately upon arrival.The dinner we ordered the night before was not tasty. The manager heard us talking and complaning to an employee about the room and the fact that we are leaving to an other stay - but did not engage or show interest. A very kind young male employee who only worked their 3 months did his best to help us and managed to give us the dinner from the night before for free as compensation.We would never recommend this place and feel sorry for the kind young man who helped us that he has to work there.

Our waiter was highly entertaining and kept us well amused and quickly fed. The food was less endearing and the kitchen for some of our orders slightly wrong but with such a beautiful setting we found it difficult to complain. There is a beautiful waterfall and tiny lake with rolling hills and a splendid setting

The 2 cottages we stayed in were terrible. The only reason we stayed the night is because we could not make a booking at another place on such short notice.Our cottage was damp, cold and smelt of mould. The walls and ceiling had mould all over and anything prone to rust was rusted. The bed was full of grass (not a thatch roof) and the bedside tables are stained and dirty. The shower leaked and the entire bathroom floor and walls were wet or damp. The toilet in the other cottage was cracked and its only a matter of time before it breaks completely.The restaurant here receives wonderful reviews and it is obvious that most of the revenue is pushed into that passion. The cottages are in disrepair and in serious need of maintenance. Will never stay here again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Nice location but if if you are looking for a glorified Nesquick, order a gourmet milkshake and you will be satisfied. And don't be surprised to find a 10% (compulsory) gratuity on your bill before checking with you. I think I will try elsewhere next time.

The lady there is not friendly at all and she was eavesdropping on our conversation and even answered a question that was not meant for her, she first said they close at 6 but then on our second time there she said they close at 7

A quaint little cottage in the mountain. Friendly staff and inviting nature. The cottage does provide the essentials. The fireplace was really nice when it was getting cold. We did order food from the restaurant and it was received promptly. They also accommodated my little dog on our vacation.
