I really appreciate the help received here, since i drove almost an hour for a crate for my dog. Great service and workmanship. Quality products received with a excellent finish. I even got some extra tips from the sales person who also owns dogs. I told him the breed of my dog and he knew exactly the size i needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for any type of pet crates.

The quality of workmanship on their bird cages is extremely poor. Sharp shards of loose metal where welds have been done that your bird can easily pick off and ingest. This is a huge risk for zinc poisoning, as their cages are electroplated with zinc. The work certainly isn't up to the standard that it was under previous ownership. Take note, zinc poisoning is extremely deadly to birds and can lead to a huge vet bill and the death of your birds. Rather avoid their cages as they are not 100% safe, as claimed.

Poor quality cage with metal pieces hanging off and rust, had to send it back. We gave them a second chance and unfortunately it resulted in 1 of our birds dying & 4 of our birds currently being hospitalized for Zinc metal poisoning within 2 days of receiving the second cage. We are horrified and completely traumatized by what we have experienced due to their POOR quality control. The owner, Mohamed's response to this has also been terrible, he refuses to take ownership for any of it and blames our old cages - which still house 4 of our birds that are currently at home with NO metal poisoning as they had no contact with the Pet Creations cage. He has refunded us for the cage, but does not think he should refund us for the delivery of R900 even though we have had to pay R10 000 in vet bills for the last few days and still more to come. Please think of your birds when purchasing from this company as we have been to our local pet store which they supply and noticed the same poor workmanship on their cages as well, which the store assistant has noted as well.Please also see pictures attached.

Always such a pleasure going here. Jamie is incredibly friendly and helpful. He always goes the extra mile with his explanations. The cages are perfect quality and the safest for birds on the SA market. There are standard and budget options for most of their cage designs and you can ask them to make a custom design too.

I have dealt with Pet Creations on 2 occasions on behalf of St Francis Animal Rescue.On the first occasion they went out of their way to get a trap galvanized for me on time before I left Cape Town back to St Francis.On both occasions communication, preparation and delivery were exceptionally quick and efficient. Products are great quality.It's has only been a pleasure dealing with them and look forward to doing so again.
