My cabin bag went bust almost completely while travelling through O.R.Tambo last week so I had no other choice than visit one of the luggage shops at the Johannesburg airport. I was really lucky to pop into the Moda Luggage outlet as I found one of the best salespeople there: Nicole (hope I am spelling her name correctly) first listened very carefully to my needs, had a look at my bag and offered a few solutions to replace it. She also spared no effort on finding additional ones in the neighboring outlet - both apparently belong to the same owner. I value so much Nocole's professional advice as well as her friendly approach and a smiley face. Ever since I have been a happy owner of the new Cellini bag (see the photo) with expandable capacity function - which was the solution that matched my needs exactly and in full.Hope the shop owner knows the fantastic asset he has got as part of his business.Thank you Nicole!
