Arrived 20 minutes before closing on a Saturday and was indifferently told that he (Neil) could not help me, because he was the only one there that could roadworthy a motorcycle and he had admin to attend to. His attitude was very much one of someone who was gatvol" and could not care less what I thought of whether he would help me or not. I could understand that perhaps they had bookings full to the end of the working day

I've been here since 12pm for a car inspection the guys are standing around talking while cars are in line.No one is busy with the car inspections,no one is working in the pit the guys are literally just around doing absolutely nothing

Zero service, nobody talk to explain that the vehicle has problem or not they just hang the report and bye they won't tell u that the vehicle is passed or not , those people warry only about your money zero communication as well, needs improvement

Took my car (purchased through a private sale) in for a road worthy test and had an incredibly positive experience. Not only did they get to my car right away, Neil took the time to look through my transfer documents with me to make sure they were all in order and advised me where they weren't, saving me a lot of time and headaches. He really went above and beyond and I'm incredibly appreciative and thankful for that!

the staff has absolutely no idea what is going in that place. They had the car the whole day and did not even bother to phone the client closer to 17:00 to collect. Also did not bother to send through the actual report, if we did not phone and follow up it would probably have gotten lost in the system. The report was eventually mailed, it bounced back as some sleepyhead assumed the customer e-mail address is ends with a .co.za = website format. But still did not bother to pick up a phone and say hey the mail bounced back
