Please stop sending an email without any identifying info ie my name and who the parcel is from. I will never pay the delivery until I can verify that the parcel is actually for me. In short, this method does not work

First time experience with EPX, parcel shows it has arrived at the George hub but hours before closing time there is no answer and when arrived at the store they are closed before said closing time? Not even the national number is working - heavily disappointing !!! A one star is too generous.
