When my hair was getting washed I had to ask for a towel for behind my back after my back was completely wet during this process. Furthermore, I asked for a rough dry which usually consists out of your hair being brushed and dried roughly. I walked out of the salon with wet hair and my hair being full of knots and not brushed what’s so ever. I looked like I had been dragged out of a bush. Furthering this I brushed my own hair in the car to only notice it was incredibly dry and my hair was falling out in clumps. I went home and rinsed my hair with normal water and this is when I noticed the shampoo and condition had not even been washed out. The water coming from my hair was completely dark purple. To better my experience even more, I was told only after my hair had been “done” that the card machine was not working and I must go draw money. This is an inconvenience and it is of common decency and work etiquette to inform your client before not after.

Depends entirely on which stylist you get. They all seem pretty good with standard wash and blow but make sure you know your stylist and can communicate cleary what you want, before they take a scissor to your hair.My stylist was on leave. Going to take a few weeks before my fringe looks like I wanted. They run specials on a Wednesday for wash and blow. Please note that predominantly speak Afrikaans here.

I had the worst experience here. Firstly they did not inform me who my stylist would be. At the basin, I clearly told them that my hair needs to be combed before shampoo and not after. The girl did what she wanted anyway. At the basin 2 of the staff girls were washing each other's hair, I don't have a problem with that, but then 2 other staff members also started chirping in and they were bad mouthing clients. NOT COOL! I did not get a head massage at all, neither was I asked about how I would like my water temperature. I then clearly got an apprentice, she could not perform what I asked for and she actually went to tell some of the stylist that she couldn't do the job (applause) they didn't help her. I had to show her how to do it. I then had to pay R220.00! Not only did they lie to me, treat me like an alien, but you also a lost a good client! Not impressed.

First time meeting today and both staff were so friendly, discussed hair process, what needed to be done, hair products to use and advice. So happy with the end results. Thank you Esmeralda and Chloe

Terrible experience of my life, my hair is terrible, I will never go to this hair salon again. Had long hair wanted to cut it in a trendy long Bob with side frich. Now I have a blind shirt bob, with the sides not the same lengths,Can't believe, they did not even wet my hair , cut it just like that while my hair was in a bun, and not even at all, the sylist said I must come back the next day if my hare is uneven. I did not even bother to go back . Really very upset.

Had my hair done and I still cant believe the result. Extremely happy with my new do
