Friendly family run business. Overall great experience from the first time we met which was about a 1yr ago.

BUYERS BEWARE: De Wit Realtors leave much to be desired. Read your contract thoroughly and be aware that a COC for water does not apply outside of the City of Cape Town and your agents will NOT inform you of this either. Coming to a smaller town one would expect integrity and a personable approach…Upon registration there was no handover or walk through, check forms were received via email and no inspection was done with the agent even present. Upon bringing some concerns to our agents’ attention, i.e.: water supply issues, electrical issues and the fact that the indoor fireplace had been welded shut at the chimney, causing the entire home to fill with black choking smoke and staining the walls. We were politely told that we bought “voetstoots” and that they would only send an electrician out, as to the rest we are on our own. I have also since discovered leaking pipes and soaked cupboards. I will certainly not recommend them t other buyers and will never enlist their services again.Bitterly disappointing.

My contact has only been been of the highest professional quality with good and solid advice. Although they run a business, it is clear that they are passionate about their work and will go out of their way to accommodate clients.

We were not happy at all with the service we received from De Wit Realtors. Absolutely shocking service. From the time we signed the offer to purchase up until registration there was hardly any followup from the agent.Upon registration there was no handover. I cannot understand how and Electric compliance certificate can be issued if there is an electrical short circuit and the lights don't work properly. We also discovered that the pipe under the sink in the kitchen was leaking. None of these issues were disclosed to us at all. There was not even a congratulations from the agent to congratulate us on the registration of our new home.I will definitely be not recommending Dewit realtors to anyone in the future.If you plan on buying or selling a house through Dewit Realtors stay away from them. We learnt a hard lesson.

De Wit realtors is trustworthy and predictable. Run a tight ship speaking from a tennan's perspective. We rented for one year. A bit unflexable but understandably so. I to rented out my house and the realtor was slack and in the end had to sell. Thank you ladies good memories.

Madelaine and Ada were friendly and professional. I would like my self catering home to be booked as a full house for October and November, December is fully booked and then next year 2023, from mid January, Thanks, Pamela Jones, 260 Golden Mile Beach.
