PCP Tactical Arms

Unfortunately did not have a good experience with 2x2000w pure sine inverters. Have a modified sine 1440w, wanted to replace with a pure sine 2000w(bigger unit), but after 4 days of trying and getting assistance from Ryan had to return the unit. Thanks for trying guys.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. No answer at the door or when you call their number. Lost me as a client. Rang the bell a few times no assistance. Waste of time to go to pcp tactical arms

Purchade a samyang Sumatra rifle... was not sure about my choice at first but after contacting pcp... Robin came back to me with all the right information on the gun supplying me with all the extras. That fitted straight away... I have now been shooting for 3 + months and absolutely love this gun.... thanks Robin for all your prompt responses

Purchased a RTI Prophet/compressor and scope i am new to pcp air rifles so needed honest advice as i eant to buy the best for my purposes and needs Robin gave me amazing service even taking my call after hours payed the next morning courier guy delivered witin 48 hours i would definitely recommend these guys. Purchased a ceiling light fan from PCP Tactical Arms, via T@kealot about 9 months ago, and it was working really well, when I accidentally snapped one of the blades, resulting in the fan being off balance. Contacted PCP Tactical Arms and Robin went out of his way to assist me, and offered to replace the broken ceiling fan blade at no cost to me, besides the shipping fee to Cape Town, for which I am more than happy to cover. Reader, I had no idea of where or how to have the fan blade replaced/repaired and was feeling rather downhearted before making that call. Robin went out of his way and sorted everything out for me within the hour. I felt like I was a VIP Customer. Thank-you Robin for your prompt responses and follow-ups, fast action, and kindness and friendliness. We live in a time where we have to unfortunately almost hope that service providers and companies act with integrity and honesty, and I am grateful to have experienced Robin's assistance and professionalism. I hope to Pay it Forward as often as I can, thanks to Robin's example.

Robert went beyond what is reasonably expected in that he replaced my broken 1.5kW Inverter when it could not be repaired.
