Staff is excellent and know what they are doing, especially the ones who do the quotations. I always find what I'm looking for. Great service overall. I am happy to drive from Orange Farm to Lenasia just to buy material even though I live not far from our local hardwares.

I visited Mica hardware several times this month as I am doing renovations at my mother's house. The first thing I noticed was that there's enough parking space, the staff from the door are friendly, helpful and polite. I told them what I am looking for, emmediately they accompanied me to the correct products, gave me information about them, they gave me a quote which to my delight was much more affordable than I expected. Each staff member would accompany me until they hand me over to another staff member whose more knowledgeable on the product I needed, I've never felt alone or at loss at the store, the cashiers are wonderful, all staff members are helpful up to the one who loads purchases into the car. I was not sure about the sizes of the Burglar bars I wanted, Khumbulani took my phone numbers and made a follow up on me after I got home and gave me a quotation, by the time I have compared quotations with other suppliers I informed him and he was there to assist at the shop after I have decided on what I would buy or leave out from the quotation, all this was done in a professional, polite and friendly manner. I would definitely recommend this hardware to my friends and family.

Good and spacious store however I didn't find anything I was looking for. They don't stock grease and neither had 1.2mm trimmer line. I think these hardware stores need to always keep stock.

It offers a wide range of stock. With affordable price for their goods. A 30% ongoing sale on closed coupled toilets it really is a bonus buy. Covid19 regulations are adhered to. Located in a busy road with transport and services to get to.

Firstly, parking is a serious problem!The store has everything under 1 roof. Well organised.Customer service are helpful, but on multiple times I've heard them use vulgar language between one another.A very slow process to return goods. They should speed up their system for that.Nice cashback point system.
