When you read google reviews for a company, you may believe that the previous reviews may have been exaggerating on great service. Not in this case. If there was an option for more than 5 stars, that would be the case. Thank you for the friendly, efficient and effortless (on my part!) experience with your fantastic service company. Our fridge a double door defy stopped working. Some other company quoted us just under R5000 to repair saying our compressor packed up and has to have a new one fitted and we have to have it regassed. Gian came to our house and viewed the fridge. He found rhat the fan running from the freezer to the fridge had stopped working and it became so hot the outer casing started to melt. So he replaced the fan and it was all fixed for under R1000. Now after more than a month and a half of not being able to use the fridge it is working 100%. Thank you Gian. Awesome service!
