The whole seems to be in a shambles, there are parcels and things just lying all over the place. The staff are not friendly and you almost have to demand to be served, otherwise they just ignore you.

Only if they can move out of that location. Get a medium space

Item was dropped of at branch on Friday 26/02/21 . Monday I called the branch and head office just after 9am to enquire why my tracking number was still not active.I was advised that the parcel had not not picked up from the branch by the employees at the branch and head office representative.They both assured me that it will definitely be active later as it will be picked up. (Monday)Tuesday I called several times with no success.Today is Wednesday (03/03/21) I called the head office 3x, call center 2x, branch that the parcel was posted 4x from and branch that the parcel was posted to 3x and no 1 was able to tell me where my parcel is as the tracking number still isn't active.I was assured they would get back to me ASAP.still no answer??????I have been using post net for years this is by far my worst experience.
