Feel bullied and ignoring my request via emails, WA & calls, from the principal Tanya & the agents who have not given me a copy of their FFC’s after numerous requests. Threatening litigation if I do not accept the offer.They had no online registered buyers for the auction day. Had to ask for copy of signed mandate. Agent pitched they have buyers for my property but it was not true, which is a contravention of the PP Act, when asking for a mandate. Agents are incompetent. I had to pay for professional photos after I complained about the bad quality photos agent took. Advert description was not accurate. I pitched the sale of my own property to the buyer when i arranged and gave access. Agent didnt know the rules of the BC when asked by purchaser a question.

As bad as tow truck drivers! When you advertise you own property and specify no agents and then have no less than 3 Rawson Auction people contact you (and 2 used gmail addresses so I had no idea til I made contact!!) in a week.. very unimpressed!!
