We went there this weekend looking to purchase a special custom made gold cross pendant and chain. The 2 ladies at the shop were so rude and unhelpful that we actually left the store and went to a neighboring store instead. We had such good service prior and had custom made wedding rings before but this time the assistants acted as if they don't need the business and did not listen to our specific needs. In our opinion not worth giving this shop any further business. Shocking since our prior experiences over the last few years have been exceptional hence the reason for repeatedly returning. Very disappointed and will no longer be returning. It doesn't matter how amazing the quality and jewellery designers are if your front of house do not know how treat customers!

They kept my wife's engagement ring for more than 3 months while making the wedding ring. It was meant to take 3 weeks. They got my engagement ring wrong 3 times and it was just a simple band. Eventually I gave up and had to melt down the gold and get it done from scratch else where. Just the worst possible experience all round filled with lies

Kind people working there. Prepared to make plans for convenience. Always great visiting.
