Little Monkey Uif Claims

TERRIBLE!!! I want my refund, I paid these people and they started my application and it pretty much ends there, I have been following up with them and they don’t bother to respond. DONT DO IT they are no different than scammers. I am livid, they don’t even communicate, I ended up having to go to the labour department myself because they just weren’t bothered, oh and load shedding is their favourite excuseThe absolute worst, just do your application yourself and save your money

Little Monkey UIF has been absolutely phenomenal with helping me get my maternity UIF. They have gone above and beyond by helping my previous employer register my employment status, and constantly kept me updated throughout the process. I definitely would recommend them to anyone claiming from UIF.

Worst experience. Don't use them. They will take your money and only send LONG updates of what you or your employer must do to submit your claim. Rather use the UFiling portal, it's quicker!

I engaged the services of Little Monkey on 12 July 2022 and submitted all their required documentation. It was submitted to DOL on 26 July. On 24 August, I queried progress and received no response. I again queried on 9 September and again received no response. On 23 September, I received an email saying that the claim had been approved. On checking, I saw that the approval was granted on 17 August but no payments had been made, Every month after that I queried why no payment had been made but received no feedback. Eventually, I tired of this and I went to my local UIF office to try to figure out why no payment had been made. The office informed me that the payment had been flagged as potentially fraudulent as the application had been submitted to the Kimberly office and the request for continuation of payments to other offices around the country when our physical address was in Durban. It took me two days to undo the mess that they had created. Their response to me is that the DOL changed their processes and Little Monkey cannot be held liable/responsible for this. Do you want to deal with a company who does not respond to your emails and takes no responsibility for problems created directly by their actions?

Regret using this company. Extremely difficult to get hold of Stephanie and no one replies to emails. Still waiting for a proper answer RE my UIF claim.

Excellent! They continued great communication throughout the whole process, and explained every step along the way. Definitely a company to use!

I wont ever recommend this company!!!!! If there was a negative star i would choose that!Lazy thieves!!!They take your money and spend little to zero effort on follow ups with your application, i habe to contact them MONTHS later to see what the delays are!! Nearly 3 years later i managed to get my claim approved on my own and they refuse to take accountability for their poor work ethic or offer to refund me for a job they didnt do!!!I can also just click a button to submit, i needed a proffesional to help through the delays and hiccups which is NOT offered with this company!! STAY AWAY!

Never trust these people to get anything done. Consistently have to contact them to get any feedback and then any action.Please I beg whom ever reads these reviews, to never pay them a cent of your hard earned money. I have two small children. Never got any payments for my first child and the second has been the biggest fight of my life. They will take you payment and never complete the service the advertise.Modern day scam it feels like!!!

They wont help until you paid. And you have to sign all these contracts. Once you pay you hardly get any feedback or assistance. Will not suggest this entity.Worked through a different company and they had everything sorted in a weeks time. If you want to waist your money, use Little Monkey.
