TLI Transport Furniture Removals

I had booked to move house on a Friday. At the moment when TLI Transport were meant to be arriving the receptionist Fiona rings to cancel as one of the movers wife went into labour which I completely understand. Finally wanted to postpone to Saturday morning and proceeded to explain I needed to pay extra per an hour due to a weekend rate. She would not give it to me for the weekly rate even though it was TLI who left me stranded on moving day. Absolutely disgusted and unprofessional.

From the front office , to the guys carrying our favorite items this company is first class. Jake & Shaun doing the heavy lifting were polite, fast and super careful. Thank you to both. Fionawas very capable at the office end, and I thought their rates were very fair. Won't hesitate to use them again.

We had Carl, Jake and Cruise handle our move from Lakelands to Madora Bay. They showed up bang on the promised time with a very big truck, filled it and got our whole life moved in under 6 hours. We had some heavy items needing to be moved upstairs including an extremely large fridge/freezer - no worries. These guys have work ethic in spades, nothing was too much trouble. They powered through, were polite, friendly and delivered the right amount of banter to take the stress out of moving and make us smile. Booked a last minute job to move an outdoor setting on the Easter weekend Saturday. The person who answered the phone was very helpful in finding a spot for me despite the short notice. Seamus & Tee messaged me when they were on their way & carried out the job with a minimum of fuss, taking very good care of the furniture. All done & dusted in just over 1 hour - very pleased with the service.

Shayne & Seamus from TLI Transport came to our rescue. We had a huge fridge that we couldn’t get up our staircase . They suggested using a genie lift which was successful.They were very professional and helpful.Thank you so much and I would recommend them to our friends .RegardsBiba & Jim

We had an amazing experience with TLI Transport from start to finish moving from Ardross to Busselton.My initial contact/quote/booking with Fiona was professional, friendly, helpful and calm, patiently answering all of my questions.T and Shaun arrived on moving day with their biggest truck and began emptying our 4x2 which contained enough furniture for a small village. I thought there was very little chance everything would fit into the truck, even though it was massive. T and Shaun worked quickly but carefully and ensured everything was packed carefully, utilising every inch of space. In the end, all of the furniture was on the truck and T even managed to squeeze in a couple of large pot plants.T and Cruise arrived with our furniture the next day and proceeded to unpack the mountain of furniture. It was only then I realised the care T had taken in packing the truck. Almost every item had been wrapped and protected. Again, T and Cruise proceeded to empty the truck quickly but carefully.For what is a very stressful and hard job, TLI Transport made our move as calm and enjoyable as you could ask for. T, Shaun and Cruise were hard working and focussed but joyous, polite and kind at the same time.Thank you to the whole Team at TLI Transport for making our move as stress-free as possible. TLI Transport were recommended to me and I definitely recommend them to everyone.
