Poor service from Lexus Cape Town Reception staff should all be fired as they do not leave messages for staff to call customers back I have been trying to get hold of service consultant Siraaj for two days to no avail.

Horrible service and no spare parts! We have been waiting for 2 months for a Lexus windscreen to replace one that cracked. We were advised that spares were readily available when we bought the car. We still have not got a new windscreen.

My 2017 Lx 450d is at the panel beaters for 4 months due to Lexus not having replacement parts or caring to import them faster. Will never waste money on a Lexus again!
