Staff really don't know what they selling. They need to be trained. It's a tech shop with KFC workers. Don't make sense.

Specialist in repairing any computer;laptop or phone. Water damaged phone was fully repaired and is still working. They have a variety of PC GAMES PLAYSTATION AND XBOX. There are many attendants to help you. You don't need to wait... Well done Soundtech

It's a pity that I am forced to give a star. Disgusting customer service. Don't support businesses like this. Values and respect goes a long way to a name than money and prices. Something that none of the staff have namely Mahomed and Bilal. Customer service doesn't exist in this place. If you want lots of arrogance,attitude and disrespect when returning a defective item this place tops the charts!
