As a single mommy I am filled with tears. Afrihost is my ISP and what a hassle it is to get hold of Vumatel. Twice Afrihost confirmed that my line is corrupt and a technician will come through and fix my line. Waited all day, when I followed up now I was told Vumatel says that I need to plug my laptop in directly to the box. Firstly I don't have a cable and secondly my laptop doesn't have a portal for that cable. 3 days with internet cutting out. I work from home, and am loosing 3 days worth of salary because of this. The consultant at Afrihost just says ma'm we don't know how to help you if you can't connect directly to the box. Now what should I do? Pay R800 a month for no internet?

I had an issue and sent a WhatsApp message to my ISP..call was logged to vumatel and the technicians were by my home in 30mins..they were friendly polite and worked so fast and my internet is faster I promise!!exceptional job well done vumatel...the service was excellent!!!

I had a problem with my wifi. Every now and then I would loose signal and it gradually became worse. Thinking it's the load shedding I purchased a ups but still had the same problem. I contacted my service provider which is Active fibre and recieving a very quick response they tried to fix the problem by resetting my router and my ip address. But I still had the same problem and I contacted my service provider again and with swift action they escalated to Vumatel and within an hour I received a call from them. They sent a team out to my home and fix the problem within minutes and the technician even gave me his personal cell number. I can't really remember when last I have received such Exelent service from both Active fibre and Vumatel.I thank youRegards Mr Walbrugh

Absolute incompetence, lack of communication, lack of understanding, lack of accountability, lack of delivering quality. After 3 months of logging queries which Vumatel confirmed, their recommended service provider Mweb has not as much as acknowledged my many tickets logged. I have paid R695 / monthly for internet which as best lasted for 10 minutes without connectivity issues. A number of Vumatel and Britelink technicians and customer services told me personally that in their experience they would never use Mweb as their service is non-existent and they take months to answer a simple ticket, so I wonder why they are still listed as a vumatel ISP?

Monday, 01-05-2023 Morning my internet suddenly stopped working. I then proceed to contact web africa to resolve the issue. I struggle for hours on end to get through to an agent as the bot could not seem to process the answers that it has given me choices of. Eventually I get through to an agent who then proceeds to log a ticket for me without any further information. Tuesday 02-05-2023, I contact an agent again and receive emails to say that my ticket has been logged and escalated. About mid day I receive a call from Vumatel regarding my internet and they send a technician out to have a look. The technician then finds the issue and replaces the wiring for my internet. It then works for an hour and goes back to indicating an issue on the router. I am now finally home from work and still my internet does not work. I have attempted to contact both webafrica and vumatel and I am not receiving a single form of response from either company. I will await your response right here

Hi, my router didn't want to restart after a power outage and Vuma sort it out within 2 hours. Very impressed and the follow up during that period was out of this world. Well Done!

On behalf of my wife and myself we find that your service is poor,we have moved into our new house 6 days ago,we have made the necessary arrangements required by us by Afrihost in order for our line migration to happen swiftly. We were told this morning everything was on track, as we do have patience regarding to protocols, now at the end of the business day we are told that we will not be connected, our business is suffering because of your poor service delivery. We have literally been given the run around for the last 5 days, everyday there is a different story, this is unacceptable

Every dam day between 15:00/16:00 or at night 19:00/21:00 my service drops in Brackenfell.What is going on there and what am i paying for at the end of the day ????????????Sort out your infrastructure this is 2023 not the stone ages but yet again this is prob the norm now in this country is to only supply between 60-80% of a service thinking its acceptable to their clients while taking their hard earned money.

Very poor service, we received our router box from vodacom exactly 2 weeks ago and we are still sitting without internet, multiple calls were done to vodacom in the two weeks and everytime we get the same answer, It has been escalated". We just need the fibre box to be activated"
