WOW is all i can say. The staff is always friendly helpful and most probably the best service you will receive at any Postnet in this area. And Haazendal mall branches also extremely helpful service with a smile

R109 for post net to post net VS other stores which are R99Ask an additional R15 to wrap the parcel in normal post net wrapping VS other stores dont charge anything.Dont allow any fragile stickers on flyer bags! Ridiculous

Can't explain how bad of a service I receive everytime I visit this place .The coloured guy is very cocky and has an attitude problem and the coloured girls doesn't know how to manage her time properly, she made me wait a whole 20minutes while a customer was standing there waiting for better days instead of call me to the other desk and assist me .The other young white guy also has an attitude problem..Definitely not a place I'd recommend to anyone.

Excellent service from staff BUT the owner, Leon, must learn not to scold his staff infront of customers (about a stupid sanitizer bottle)!! That's unprofessional and disrepectful!

10 people in the queue waiting for 30 min +, and then one of the 3 staff on duty decides to take lunch just as someone thinks they will hopefully be served next. Pathetic. What has happened to customer service?
