Horrible customer service. Unnecessarily rude, insulting and sarcastic towards customers. On top of that just completely & utterly unhelpful.Furthermore from past experience their quality is horrendous. I had ID photos done in the past (colour and black & white). Coloured photos had stupidly high constrast and looked like a 5 year olds Instagram edit. And the black & white was not even black & white, but rather a washed out and faded green.

This print shop appears to be okay, very much on the expensive side. Also, if you do find yourself going there stay away from the old white man, I was unfortunate enough to deal with him. He is rude and appears to feel superior towards clients, sure fire way to chase clients away. The ladies, especially the young ginger who works there are nice, but the old man though, best to stay away.

This shop is run by an arrogant, DISHONEST and narcissist old man who is well known around town for being a rude bully towards clients as well as his staff. StudioBay your reviews speak 1000 words. Great location and prices but not worth it, Pollocks has 100x better staff and MANNERS

Very rude photographer! Photo quality was AWFUL - completely washed out with a blue tint. Rather go elsewhere - there are much better options available.
