Hey Beauty
Went to get my brow waxed 2 days before my baby shower (I’m 9 months pregnant). The lady who did my wax ripped off a huge chunk of skin under my eyebrow creating a 2cm wound that is now scabbing and infected. She was rushing and even said to me “time is money”. Never been so disappointed in a beauty service in my life. Will never ever go back. :(

If it was possible to give no star at all this is what these people will get, the two girls made no effort to accommodate me and the manager was nowhere to be seen, booked for my nails and was highly disappointed would not recommend

Absolutely looooove the staff, so friendly and always go beyond, really love spending my time there, got a gorgeous nail make over and hair was done professionally, just what I asked for. Thank you Grace for my nails and Melissa for my hair, I feel like a new person.

Only good thing I can say is that the staff are all friendly and welcoming, however the lady that did my nails rushed it and it was left bumpy and uneven in the end. I had to fix them myself when I got home. Definitely won't recommend. Also had to go next door to the liquor store to dry my nails because of generator wasn't working

Honestly, worst customer service ever!! Never answers phone calls or WhatsApps, as soon as you want to pay, they inform you that their card machine has been forgotten at home! You make bookings, Only to get there and they don't have your booking and not even trying to accommodate you. I've not had such bad experience with any salon before and it's not 1 time or 2 times of bad experiences... Its literally every single time! So over this place, never had any problems with the previous owners!
