Thank you to the staff who are so polite efficient and knowledgeable.Although my watch was out of guarantee and old, it was treated with the same way as a new watch.It was sent for factory repairs at a minimal cost.A huge thank you fossil ⌚

Great repair on watch damaged by themselves

Great service and amazing watches. We sent one of our much older watches to have the dial sorted out (the number markings had fallen out) and to change the battery. It took a couple of weeks as they had to send it to Cape Town. I used to think that getting you watch serviced at Fossil would be really expensive. But wow, they we awesome and reasonably priced. (Granted, it also depend on what needs to be serviced) I am very impressed and happy with the service received from Fossil Pavilion.

Went in for a battery replacement, the watch got damaged and could not reseal it, 4 months later was told watch is not repaired but my options are to send it for a repair or i can get 50 percent of any watch in the store.My option was to replace my watch ( CPA 56(3))UpdateSiyanda the manager at fossil is a great guy, he resolved the matter and kept me updated at all times

Very impressed with the staff that were willing to go the extra mile on a special order. The store is well stocked with smart watches, watches, hand bags and more. The interior is quite trendy even in a small space. Warranty information was explained quite well too.

I used to love fossil handbags and walletsMine is about 4 years old nowBut after a year or so, one of the clips on the handle broke...6 months later... the other broke...6 months after that the zip no longer closedToday I went into the store, not only to find out if it could be repaired but also to purchase another bag.Despite the fact that my current bag was falling to pieces the leather is very good quality and I enjoy the aesthetic of fossil bagsI was told that fossil no longer does repairsI walked out the store without another bag or another walletNot because mine could not be repairedBut because of the cold service I receivedThe demeanor of the staff turned me off to the brand completely

my watch that i bought two weeks ago peeled off by itself I took it to change but they did nothing. Then why are you guaranteeing? I received very bad service my money wasted

Its 2 months and still waiting for my gift bag. Staff has a no worry attitude. Shocking should have never spent my 3,5k at the store.
