Worst service in Rustenburg. There is an agent there by the name of Kerry, she let the tenant stay on my property for 3 months without paying me rent. They also don't want to give me the tenants deposit as payment for atleast one month. Deon the manager is equally incompetent.

I have left numerous WhatsApp messages and even tried to contact the Rustenburg Office directly with regards to x2 rental properties. The person answering the switchboard is not very friendly and when she transfers me to the renting agents, they do not answer.

Poor service from the Rustenburg branch is an understatement. Their lease agreement is laughable,to sum it up. They also increased the rent price without notifying us in advance when they handed it to us to sign with a lousy sorry for the inconvenience" . We obviously refused to sign the lease agreement as it had soo many other red flags. We responded promptly that we wouldn't be occupying the rental property anymore and kindly asked for our deposit back and they charged us a cancellation fee as per the lease agreement

Have been staying at Nyala Rock for 2 months, and still don't have access code at the gate. No response to any phone calls to Chas Everitt or The body corp PCBM!! Very poor customer service!!!

Horrible experience. Had a friend visit from over 1000Km away and he stayed here for 11 days while visiting. I was accused of sub-leasing my flat because he was visiting and got a 1 month eviction notice because of that and also because my power was bypassed on the meter which was done by an electrician sent out by the owner of the complex and both the owner and agent was aware of the power having been bypassed. Will never use this company again in the future. There was not even an inspection done on the flat when we moved in?

They are very unprofessional first of all. You have to keep pushing them for collecting rental should their tenant default. Eviction is on your own should you want their tenant out. You will never get the deposit from them even if the tenant leaves owing you rental. Repairs to property is your baby it has nothing to do with them nor the deposit tenant paid. I have since learned to handle my own leasing because of the horrible experience I have had from them.

The administration people here do not take your needs into consideration they dont make you a priority in any way. Im renting a flat under their name, i had not had water since the 1st of October we are already by the 15th there is still no water yet they keep saying they trying their best. I cannot wait to change agencies honestly.

Stayed at Kaldi Place for 2 Years under Linda van Geems and there was never a Month where I missed rent or paid late.December 2022 I decided to move. Even today I haven’t received my deposit back.Linda and her associates are ignoring my calls,emails and texts.Tbh They don’t even deserve that 1 star….

The service that I have recieved today at the Rustenburg Branch was appalling to say the least. They refuse to cancell a contract that did not even start. And the Principal walked out of the meeting without resolving the problem and did not even have the desency to say good bye. Will not reccomend them to anybody.
