Batts Appliance Repairs

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE!! Purchased a fridge a month ago and its been 80% of the time away being repaired than actually being put to use. Terrible customer service after the purchase was made. They go from 1 excuse to the next, each time its a different story and refuse to give my money back. its been more than 2 weeks already and each time its a different reason for why the fridge is not being sent back. the Owner is never available. They lie about the fact that they have numerous techs on the road, yet just last week Friday 26th August 2022 the owner admitted that he is the only one working on appliances in store. SO who is lying ? .....
