Everything is great as far i can tell,their price are low,its a place where you can buy anything for your house .i enjoy being at Superspar.

They friendly n quick at the tills

The shop is conveniently located next to the taxi rank, if one needs some shopping, then catch a taxi afterwards.

The reason why I love this place it's because it has affordable prices and sells the fresh food

U buy groceries and you can't even go to the car with the trolley. I've never seen or heard such a thing in my life. Today it was so full but most of the paying counters were closed

Most of the staff have good customer service, yes not all of them but most.

13 aug 2022, 15:07terrible customer service by superspar highway mdantsane!!!i went into superspar tops highway the one by kuyasa this afternoon to buy a few beverages.i took what i needed an proceeded to the till point.first red flag was when the queue had more than eight people and only a single till point was operating with the supervisor moving up and down, in and out of the store.waited until it was my turn to pay. i get to the till point and offload my basket. the cashier did not bother to greet, so i proceeded to ask her to get be some nature's garden sachet that i noticed behind her.she proceeded and scanned my shopping. i than noticed that the pricing of the bernini blush was higher than that i saw at the shelve/ fridge, i stopped her told her that that was not the price i saw she proceeded scanning the products and she said it is the price you are seeing here. i kept quiet and let her proceeded scanning the rest of my shopping... i than noticed that the crème liquor now is also scanning a price higher than that i am looking at right behind her. she tells me: no it is r13.99 and the price i see there is the price of peanuts ... i asked why did they merchandise like that? i want to pay the price i am seeing... she said she can not help me because i am supposed to pay what is reflecting on her screen. i asked her to call the supervisor. the supervisor came cancelled my shopping and asked me to step aside so the cashier can help out other customers.i stood right where i was initially and did not move he asked her to explain what was the issue as she was assisting other customers. she told him her side of the story... and than her step in front of me and asked me to explain to him what was happening i told him i want to pay for the prices i am seeing... he continued to tell me that he can not give me something of such value for the value of peanuts. i asked him to stand there and read the label for me. he could not tell what the text was writing only the r5.99 and i told him that is why i want to pay for what i was seeing. he said he can not allow that. he can help me with the price of the bernini. he asked the cashier to get the pi label of the bernini...and guess what she came back with two label of the bernini but different flavours and she said the bernini blush doesn't have a pi label. (apparently am now delusional) the supervisor asked me where i saw this pi label and if i can go get it. now i have been in this store for 20-30mins. what was supposed to be a quick in and out ended up in me walking out of the store empty handed because i was not about to go to the shelves again after the cashier was there to look for a pi label that was probably removed because i laid a complaint....i had to go to another liquor store to get all that i needed because i was inconvenienced by poor customer service.the supervisor was so unprofessional the was a point where i had to ask him to give me my personal space. i was disgusted by such customer service that i walked out bare handed, i just felt the poor service i got was just too much i did not even have the strength to call the manager at that point.superspar highway mdantsane has terrible customer services. all your staff need to go back to training!!!Price accordingly!!!!!!!!!

Very grumpy and rude staff, never greet as a result i avoid shopping here, teach your staff to value their customers more

The queues were quite long but the cashiers did their best. Satisfying service.

That shop has great deals and in a safe convenient place. Just that the lines are long usually and a bit slow.
