Service is pathetic! The ladies at the till are busy chatting to each other like their on break. We were forced to wait at the till without any explanation, when I asked why we waiting, she gave me attitude which I found very disrespectful. This Checkers needs new staff and managers ASAP..

Love going there just because they have parking for mothers with kids close to the antrance of the mall.

The store is never fully packed, which makes it easier to shop.

It is as good as convenient stores can get but queuing is a bit of a mission on busy days because there is no real queue you stand into the Isles and you are right in the walkway so this is not great. Pack your patience when shopping here...

Terrible service. Stood in the line , got to the counter. Supervisor comes, starts using the till over the cashier , disappears leaves us standing there.I spot her and ask her if we must go to another till, she just says we must wait. Store is packed. Checkers staff seem to think they do as a favour by us coming to shop there , we as customers do you a favour by coming to your store. We can go to any store we choose .We chose your store. Something that should be instilled in your staff. I quote :A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption of our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider of our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him. He is doing us a favour by giving us the opportunity to do so.”"

I was able to get everything that I needed and all so clean and fresh.Polite and friendly helpful staff on the floor.Then greeted by a smiling and cheerful teller who skillfully scanned and checked my items.

Management don't follow up with complaints they just don't care about the customer experience.Announcements over the PA system is so loud its totally disrespectful to customers. When I say loud..... it's LOUD! Managers say they'll look into it but never do.Service and attitude at the Lotto counter is shocking- again all complaints to management are ignored.All in all the Checkers promise for quality service does not exist.

Their cold cuts fridge is so warm it's basically room temperature and you can see the food start to get that brown hard outer part around the edges. Not appetizing at all. The staff are great though so they get 2 stars for good staff.

It was a good experience, the cashiers were friendly and the service was good.
