I have never experienced service and professional staff as I did with Giga Bug. Holy cow, these guys are on the ball and they even offer alternatives if they can't help you with wireless fiber... I recommend these guys any day and most defiantly. PS... Pricing is extremely competitive and their install us professional. I got the 6mbps wireless fibre and believe it or not... Its been rock solid the past 2 months... Very impressed!

The worst internet service provider, they are ignorant about their poor services, most the time offline and you will never get the speed u pay for. NOT RECOMMENDED

So unreliable. Every time I really want to relax and use the internet to unwind the internet is offline. When my husband calls to complain no one answers the phone. I am really sick and tired of paying for a service that is simply not delivered.

After requesting well in advance that my contract must be terminated end of December and debit orders cancelled. My debit order still went off. It's been over a month and I have yet to get my money back. Absolutely horrific customer service.

I work from home and my job is completely reliant on good internet connection. I pay monthly for a 10meg line. For the past week my line hasnt been running more than a 2meg speed. We have called multiple times only to be met with a bad attitude and them hanging up in my ear.Really bad service and poor manored company.
