Terrible experience.Took a watch there to be engraved, when I collected the watch (which has never been worn) there was a tear in the leather.When speaking to the business on whatsapp they claim that the leather was not damaged by them.Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend people going there.

In the first place I gave in a 60cm gold chain to have it repaired. One link broke. Got it back 5cm shorter. It can not fit over my mom's head anymore and she is 82 (Can not open and close it everytime). Paid alot to have it repaired. My own fault should have made them measure it or weigh it in front of me before I gave it in. ( They say they did weigh it and magically produced a book when I complained).Secondly got the chain back with no clasp at end. Again they said it did not have one. My own fault should have taken a picture before hand. They put on a flimsy small clasp when I took it back. When I got home and wanted to put the pendant on it and it broke in half with the first try. Thirdly I never saw the jeweller face to face. Not even when I complained even though he heard my whole conversation with the front desk girl. Very unprofessional. Now I know why.
