Absolute terrible service. Took me 15 minutes to order food. The lady in the front would rather take phone calls and chat to someone at the register instead of taking my order. As a result of this long wait just to place the order, at least 3 customers left the store to go and buy food elsewhere. I then waited an hour for just 1 sharwarma. Theres no order, any sense of emergency or any sign of training with the people in front. This isn't the only review that I've seen with complaints about the service either.

Referred by a colleague and I went there on the 21st of May 2022. My excitement was shortlived, the service was pathetic to say the least! I was told by their staff that I can't use their loo because I'm not muslim.I will never go back there ever again!

Had the double chicken wrap special, and chips extra. It was good value and nicely presented. I look forward to trying the chicken option in future.

Honchos had taken over from Nando's. I had not enjoyed that meal. They need to improve on everything in the place and on their meal combos. Your patrons need a toilet if they are going to dine in. Yes you do have chairs for dining in but no plates and utensils. If you want people to take the food out say so. Don't tell them that they can dine in and there are no utensils. cutlery and crockery. Guys you need a big improvement in that place.

Your staff at this store (Honchos-UKZN) is very unprofessional. Just spent over 20 minutes waiting for a chicken & may toasted sandwich, at some point they were looking for a knife to cut the sandwich. Service is very slow & your staff is not very friendly. This is not the first time I receive bad service at this store. I asked the lady who served me about your numbers on the website, she just said those numbers are not working" no further assistance."

The front of house staff needs thourough training . It took me 15 min to place an order . I kid you not 15 min to place an order cos the only one person taking orders was busy flirting with a girl .Behaving as if he was doing me a favour

Extremely friendly and helpful staff service was on point. Greeted with a smile by everyone. Food was amazing even though I ordered a simple meal but it was prepared with care and served with class. Looking forward to visiting the store again really soon.

I am not a complaining type but you guys have poor service...I waited 10 minutes to place an order and I had to wait 40 minutes for it and chicken wasn't even well prepared...there is no team work within your staff and they can't work well under pressure.
