A must visit venue where you will be entertained by local jazz musicians and at the same time enjoy wholesome cooked meals. The best tasting butter chicken ever accompanied by top-ranking lemon meringue and cakes to satisfy the sweet tooth. You are welcomed to bring your own wine. The venue has in the past hosted the likes of Jimmy Dudlu, the late Zane Adams and Robbie Jansen. The resident band is lead by the accomplished jazz singer Glenn Robertson and his wife Michelle. Both seasoned singers. An entrance fee of only R140 .00 includes live band and a wholesome home cooked meal. Every Friday from 19h00 - 23h30. Fresh filtered coffee ☕ and colddrinks on sale. It is with great sadness that Kaleidoscope Cafe,due to the worldwide Corona virus pandemic,had to close its doors.

It's a rare ...comfy..warm.. atmosphered venue.. the people.. the resident band The Glenn Robertson Jazz band are a bunch of professional musos.. playing good music.. good meal comes along as an added bonus.. this is one of the best music venues...have been 2 so many abroad+ locally over many years.. Kaleidoscope.. its top of my list.. check it out..Friday nights. It's a buzz.. 2 meet with family.. friends.. or make new ones !To life

Excellent jazz music always. Food is included in ticket price, but small snacky portions. Cake and samoosas on sale also. One of the best jazz venues in Cape Town.
