Service slow, cleanliness poor, waitors dont know product knowledge. No manager on site for assistance. Overall would not recommend.

Food and service very poor. The floor was filfy. Can never get Pie of your choice as reply on Spar and they are always sold out. Such a Dissapointment as we really enjoyed dining at the Bean Tree.

I'm all about big portions and tasty food. Something which many restaurants lack. This place has thee largest portions at budget prices. Food is cooked well. Staff are friendly.

Shocking service. We waited at a table for 10 minutes before we had to call someone to serve us. During this time, we sat at a dirty table as the previous customers plates were left on the table. Dirty plates were left across multiple tables in the restaurant. Quite disappointed

Not the place to have a 'Quick' anything, waited 20 mins for the bill and ended up just paying at the counter. Not to mention I had to sit on the toilet for the next 3 hours, something I ate was not good.I do not support this business.

Shocking! The been tree breakfast was old and reheated and served cold, the fried eggs weren’t cooked and fell apart, there were black flecks all over my eggs which means the surface was dirty. The place was very dirty. I am now worried about food poisoning and there were flies everywhere .They didn’t even bother to clean the tables and floors. Would not recommend this place and it should be closed down!
