I am a first time home purchaser.I finally found a perfectly suitable home with Timothy from Just Property at the Burgundy Estate branch. He was efficient, honest and very diligent when dealing with my questions and requests( and boy did I have requests) After purchasing my property, he followed up and did not dissappear once he finalized our purchase. I have had a fantastic experience with Just Property Prosper. I mandated them to find a tenant and manage my rental unit. Suitable tenants were always found quickly (within 2 weeks of listing) and applications were sent through with all relevant checks being completed that allowed me to make informed decisions. The unit was also managed well throughout the duration of the leases, and communication has always been swift. I highly recommend this branch and Danielle Silver as the asset manager - I've used a different Just Property branch before and Just Property Prosper is the gold standard.
